On Monday, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi chaired a high-level restructuring meeting at the National Police Academy.
He was informed of the academy’s plans to build an Elite Force Training School, Technical Training Center, and fire ranges. The academy will be refurbished like Pakistan Military Academy Kakul.
Naqvi ordered authorities to extend the parade ground and build a trainee officer housing block. He stressed a stepwise strategy to ensure effective implementation and make the academy international-standard.
The National Police Academy commandant, CDA chairman, and Islamabad police and administration officials attended the meeting.
