Moscow (Monitoring Desk) — Deputy Chairman of Russia’s Security Council and former President Dmitry Medvedev has warned that if U.S. President Donald Trump continues efforts to change the government in Iran, it could lead to serious global repercussions.
Medvedev stated that Iran can withstand U.S. and Israeli attacks, but these strikes have further united the Iranian nation. According to him, Iran will now pursue nuclear capabilities with even greater energy. He added that the conflict has put American and Israeli citizens at greater risk and described the campaign as an attempt by the U.S. and its allies to maintain global supremacy.
