Lawsuit Filed Against Michael Jackson’s Estate Over Serious Allegations

New York (Showbiz Desk): The estate of pop music legend Michael Jackson has once again come under legal scrutiny, as several individuals have filed a lawsuit alleging child trafficking and sexual abuse.

According to international media reports, siblings Edward, Dominic, Marie Nicole, and Aldo—belonging to the Cachucho family—have claimed that Michael Jackson used his influence to psychologically manipulate and abuse them when they were minors.

The legal complaint alleges that the incidents occurred over several years in different parts of the world. It further claims that some of the alleged victims were as young as seven or eight years old at the time.

According to the filing, the siblings were introduced to the singer through their father, who worked at a hotel where Michael Jackson used to stay. It is also alleged that some of the incidents took place when the singer visited the victims’ home along with his own children.

On the other hand, the estate’s attorney, Marty Singer, has strongly denied all allegations, describing them as baseless and an attempt to seek financial gain. He stated that the Cachucho family had supported Jackson’s innocence for over two decades, and that the sudden accusations now appear to be a strategy aimed at securing a substantial monetary settlement.
