Karachi (Commerce Desk): Following the attacks on Iran, Pakistan’s gold markets have seen a significant surge in prices. According to the All Pakistan Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola rose by Rs 13,300 to reach Rs 563,862, while 10 grams of gold increased by Rs 11,402 to Rs 483,420.
Silver prices also went up, with the per tola rate increasing by Rs 188 to Rs 10,050. In the global market, gold per ounce rose by $133, reaching $5,411.
It is noteworthy that even on the last day of the previous trading week, both gold and silver prices had increased, keeping investors and the jewelry market on alert.
